What you will receive	500g of prime Salmon fillet. We will try to get as close your desired weight as possible, but as fish don't come in perfect sizes we do have to allow a variance of +/-10%. If we are short of more than this, we'll make up the shortfall in other fish ordered, otherwise can organise a refund to your card.
