Brill is an excellent flat fish and a firm restaurant favourite. It is wonderful fish to cook and eat.
|What you will receive||
We start with a whole fish within the weight band you have selected, then prepare to your chosen requirement. As a guide, if you have your fish filleted you should receive approximately half of the original fish weight in fillets.
500g – 750g, 750g – 1kg, 1kg – 1.25kg, 1.25kg – 1.5kg, 1.5kg – 1.75kg, 1.75kg – 2kg
