Brill Whole


Brill is an excellent flat fish and a firm restaurant favourite. Similar to Turbot but not quite as sweet, it is a wonderful fish to cook and eat, one of our favourites.

What you will receive

We start with a whole fish within the weight band you have selected, then prepare to your chosen requirement. As a guide, if you have your fish filleted you should receive approximately half of the original fish weight in fillets.
