    Awarded a Gold award in the 2017 Taste of the West awards, our ‘Quayside Roast’ Salmon is hot smoked using a secret blend of three woods. Ready to eat it can be served chilled or brought up to room temperature, or re-heat and add to pasta or risotto dishes.
